We will need to assess returns of our skincare products on a case-by case basis to determine your concern and rationale. The returned product must be 75% or more.
If there is a postage or handling issue upon receiving your order please notify us within five (5) days from receipt of delivery.
Terms and conditions of sample pack purchase:
Purchase of the sample pack is non-refundable based on personal preference. If in the case of an adverse reaction please contact our team at email@example.com or telephone 1800 814 669 and we will review you’re case and process your request.
How to make a return
All pieces, parts and printed materials must be in their original packaging and contain no less than 75% of the product.
Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.
Please retain your postal or courier receipt when returning any goods. You or we may need to follow this up.
Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
