We will need to assess returns of our skincare products on a case-by case basis to determine your concern and rationale.
We need to be notified within 7 days.
If there is a postage or handling issue upon receiving your order please notify us within seven (7) days from receipt of delivery.

How to make a return
Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.
The product must be in original condition.
The return must be made within seven (7) days after receipt of the product.
Please retain your postal or courier receipt when returning any goods. You or we may need to follow this up.
Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
This is at the discretion of management.
